Ferry Farm is situated in the heart of rural South West Norfolk, close to the National Trust property, Oxburgh Hall and midway between the market towns of Swaffham and Downham Market. Sandringham, Norfolk coast, Cambridge and Norwich are all within easy reach.
As the farm is 3/4 mile from the main road, there is an abundance of wildlife. Deer are a common sight and there is an interesting nature walk around the farm, part of which is along the banks of the River Wissey

Relax in the heated pool/sauna in a pinelog cabin, or book a massage with the owner, a qualified aromatherapist/reflexologist.
